You must provide accurate information when creating an account, booking a session, or submitting a form. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, our Services by any third party.
2. Courses, coaching and scheduling
- Live coaching sessions are subject to coach availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
- Course access periods and included session counts are described on our Pricing page and may vary by plan.
- We reserve the right to update course content and curriculum to improve learning outcomes.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Free trial
New learners may be eligible for a free introductory session. We reserve the right to limit free trial eligibility to prevent abuse.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our forms or Services, including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the website, or using automated tools to scrape or spam our forms.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, curriculum, branding and content on this website are owned by Nyelvora or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.
